Position Summary

HRIM/Payroll Analyst – UKG

 

This Analyst position will assist with implementation of WFM Application Setup tables and maintain CRT’s of UKG Dimension product for Fundamental Administrative Services and all Client Facilities.  This position will be the key resource for all new payrules and updating current rules mandated by HR.  This position will also support and be a liaison between Payroll Operations and facilities; finalizing payroll and running interfaces related to payroll close.  Customer Service will be at the highest level.

Posted Salary Range

USD $70,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Duties will include but not be limited to:

     

    • Support Sparks Payroll Staff and Field staff related to Time and Attendance.
    • Support Facilities with all issues related to UKG Dimensions Setup
    • Go Live support for beta sites and rollout of new modules for all facilities.
    • Mapping, auditing and reviewing data for/from conversions
    • Building/maintaining setup tables and mapping existing data to new/enhanced formats
    • Reviewing current processes and identifying changes needed in the new system
    • Electronic transmission through EDI for ACH and Positive Pay
    • Process Interfaces for General Ledger, Taxes, Labor, Check Printing, AP Garnishment and ADP

     

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Four-year college diploma or university degree in computer systems design or computer science, and/or two years equivalent work experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft HRIMS Applications and Tools, with a concentration in Payroll for North America.
  • UKG/Kronos Dimensions preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft Query, SQL+ or TOAD.
  • Proven project management skills with small-to-large scope projects.
  • Experience with developing functional business specifications and test plans.
  • Experience in systems design and troubleshooting.
  • Analytical approach to troubleshooting.
  • Must have the ability to work with teams of both technical and functional experts.
  • Reliable transportation required
