Position Summary

HRIM Project Analyst

 

This position will support and assist with all projects related to the HRIM and Payroll Department.  This position will be a liaison between the IS Enterprise Development Department and the requestor of projects.  As with all positions in the HRIM and Payroll Department, Customer Service is foremost and encompasses all levels of staff inside and outside the department.  Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Posted Salary Range

USD $65,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Yr.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review and analysis of on-going needs/enhancements related to the department.
  • Fit analysis and modeling. Reviewing current processes and identifying changes
  • Coordinating discussion sessions for project issues
  • Several levels of testing - System, Stress, Parallel and User Acceptance.
  • Building and monitoring testing scripts and issues lists related to testing
  • Mapping, auditing and reviewing data for/from conversions
  • Building tables and mapping existing data to new/enhanced formats
  • Support Sparks Payroll Staff and Field staff related to PSoft and UKG Dimensions systems
  • Go Live support for beta sites and rollout of new modules for all facilities.
  • Working with Help Desk to resolve equipment issues, security changes, system related issues.
  • Create and update all detailed documentation related to the training of all systems in the scope of the HRIM and Payroll Department.
  • Create quick user flyers for specific trainings, new procedural changes, or updates to current documented trainings.
  • Work cohesively with other departments to capture training instructions that are tied to any data from the HRIM/Payroll systems.
  • Deliver End-user training via in-person, webinar, conference call, or email.
  • Support and train Payroll staff with new and/or updated systems.
  • Recycle notices/quick reference/training as needed for reinforcing set procedures.
  • Assist creating new/updating security templates.
  • Assist with incoming security requests

 

This position will assist the Projects group in implementations as well as have specific project assignments.  The applicant should be detail oriented with previous exposure as part of a Project Team.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Services, HR, Accounting or related field preferred.
  • 3 years Payroll and/or HR experience with an In-house system preferred.
  • Knowledge of UKG/WFM application setup, preferably in Healthcare.
  • PeopleSoft and UKG/Kronos experience helpful.
