AIM Financial Coordinator

As a part of our team of professionals, the AIM (Admissions Intake Management) Financial Coordinator concentrates on making the financial aspect of the admissions process smooth and comfortable for all involved.

 

Full-time benefits start on the first day of the month following your start date!

 

USD $65,000.00 - USD $70,000.00 /Yr.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.

• Review all financial information in a timely manner from hospitals, physicians and other key referral sources for appropriate placement in facility in the region
• Work directly with facility Admissions, Marketing Liaisons, physicians, physician groups and physician organizations, key hospital staff, managed care organizations, appropriate external and internal case managers

• Ideal candidate must be a skilled communicator, director and motivator
• Able to organize and prioritize many tasks effectively
• 3+ years in a business office manager position in long-term care preferred
• Ability to use local and facility resources in the execution of job responsibilities
• Demonstrated knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid and Insurance payors required
• Reliable transportation required
